The 1,500 swim course consists of two parts:
- Upstream for 600m (to Turn 1)
- Downstream for 900m (to Finish)

The Olympic cycle consists of one 40km circuit. The image below provides an overview.

The run consists of two laps of a 5km circuit. On the final lap, competitors will take the new finish chute which leads to the new finish area at the old Dominican Church.
The Olympic will have its own transition zone shown in Orange in the diagram below. Take some time to note the T1 and T2 routes in and out of this transition area.
